Yoga and body blockages
In this article, I will discuss a way to solve the blockages caused by the accidents of life. Of course, there are other means such as, for example, psychotherapy, but this one, for having experienced it, is particularly effective.

Work on body blockages
Every day we experience a lot of situations. Most are usual, innocuous and have no consequences. And then, unusual, traumatic situations will happen and these will imprint themselves on our memories and on our bodies.
Note a situation is traumatic when on the one hand it is emotionally charged and on the other hand when it is not accepted. If accepted, there will be no consequences. The level of consequence depends on the emotional charge felt and the degree of acceptance.
Over time the memory is either repressed, continuously relived (known as post-traumatic stress), or simply forgotten. But, in any case, the body has retained the memory. This memory is constituted by an energy node and this energy node will cause blockages. These blockages will manifest themselves in different ways. They may manifest as changes in posture or limitations in the body’s ability to move or rigidities, ticks, wrinkles or other symptoms.
Solution proposed by Céline:
During the massage, Céline causes the emergence of these nodes of energy stored in the body.
Céline will work the area to make the ball of energy grow in order to extract all of it. Then she will evacuate this ball of energy through the upper or lower body.
Until then, Céline is working and you have nothing to do but let yourself go. However, the release of the energy ball will be accompanied by more or less strong pain depending on the emotional charge contained in the ball. This pain, we will have to accept it and evacuate it.
Accepting it implies not fighting against it and letting it rise. Evacuation is done by abreaction: cries / howls / cries. The type of abreaction cannot be decided, it will happen by itself, naturally.
In the days following the session, your body will rectify itself. There will be changes, sometimes not visible and sometimes huge. It all depends on what came out. And then there are times when the corresponding traumatic memory will come back to your consciousness.
In this case, you will have to work on accepting the event so that the traumatic character does not re-establish itself later.
This work of acceptance goes through
– Management of guilt (not blaming yourself or the other)
– A non-judgment on oneself and on the other
– Compassion for yourself and for others
In any case, it is advisable to remain humble, we do not control much in life. Life tosses us around and is full of the unexpected.
