Fasting or autophagy

All religions recommend it. We call it as we want Careme or Rhamadan, it comes in different forms, it is very popular in northern India. And is practiced all over the planet.
But, the Western world, by abandoning religion, has also abandoned the use of fasting. And, in the Western world, there is an exponential growth in the number of cancers and other diseases.
It may be time to bring it back to the “taste” of the day.

Yoshinori Ohsumi : Autophagy

Yoshinori Ohsumi is a Nobel Prize winner in the field of physiology and medicine.

Autophagy is a process that allows a cell to consume and recycle its own components when external conditions are harmful, or even to destroy itself when it is sick.
Autophagy is intensely activated with 24 to 48 hours of fasting but it could already increase from 4 p.m. without food. This activation would be all the more rapid if the subject had a diet with a low carbohydrate content during the preceding days.

When the human body is hungry, it eats itself, it does a cleansing process, eliminating all diseased cells, cancer, aging cells.

Stay young and fight diabetes. Creation of special proteins that only form under certain circumstances. And when they are finished, the organism selectively gathers around the dead cancer cells, dissolves them and restores the state that the body enjoys. This is what recycling looks like. Scientists have succeeded through long and specialized research that the process of autophagy requires unusual conditions that force the body to do this process. These circumstances force a person to abstain from food and drink for 16 hours (Cycle 8/16). The human should function normally during this period. This process should be repeated for some time to reach the body for maximum utilization and to prevent diseased cells from reacting. It is recommended to repeat the hunger and thirst process two to three days a week.
