For me, it’s a rediscovery of Phnom Penh. The city is beginning to adapt to tourism, to open up to the world.

It’s a peaceful city that I discovered whereas around fifteen years ago, this was not the case.

Opposite, the royal palace with portraits of the king and queen. I must admit that this is reassuring. It exudes stability while our Western “democracies” are sinking with the political class which has monopolized power…
